Full-Service Design
From programming through construction administration, I offer full-scope interior design work including mood boards and concept development, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, demolition plans, electrical plans, floor finish plans, interior elevations, interior sections/details (including custom millwork/cabinetry), 3D renderings, finish selections, and fixture selections. I can collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on both custom high-end residential projects and small-scale commercial projects. I am able to provide remote design services, so we can connect virtually from anywhere in the country.
Furniture Curation
Looking to add on to my full-service interior design offerings with furniture, accessories, and styling? Don’t have construction needs, just looking for new furnishings? I can provide all furniture, fixture & equipment selections (FF&E), window coverings & accessories ranging from retail products to custom furniture design. I work with clients and their unique needs. I offer the ability for clients to purchase and receive their own retail products, or I can handle all ordering, warehousing, and final furniture installation services for a smooth procurement process from start to finish.
Design Consultations
Just need some help with paint selections or a tricky-to-furnish space? Need suggestions for fabrics to consider when reupholstering a chair or tile companies to browse when updating a backsplash? I am available for one-time in-home or virtual interior design consultations for small-scale DIY or sub-contract work. Starting at $250/1 hour, I review documents you share with me prior to our meeting, such as floor plans and existing photos, discuss your project live for 1 hour, and follow up with anything we discussed on our call. You are always able to request additional services after the consultation is over.
